1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the babu platform — including its website, games, promotions, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and babu. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that party to these terms.

Access to babu and all of its services is strictly restricted. You may only create an account and use this platform if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a human individual — corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated accounts are prohibited from registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have a pre-existing account that has been suspended, terminated, or banned by babu for any policy violation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access babu's full range of games and services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. babu will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. • Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at a time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• babu reserves the right to close any account that remains inactive for a prolonged period without prior notice. Any remaining balance will be subject to our dormant account policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. babu does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (subject to change — check the deposit page for current limits).
• Deposits are credited to your babu wallet in real time. babu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted, unless the deposit was designated for a specific bonus (in which case separate bonus wagering requirements apply).
• babu reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

babu periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch. By claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise specified on an individual promotion page include:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless a different figure is stated on the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babu platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) with the intention of collecting duplicate bonuses or circumventing any platform restriction.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to interfere with babu's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposit chargebacks, or the use of funds obtained through criminal activity on the babu platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your babu account credentials or account balance to any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or babu staff through any communication channel on or associated with the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the babu platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall user experience design — is the exclusive intellectual property of babu or its licensed game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of any part of the babu platform without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
